Q: Who is eligible to participate in our programs?
A: Mentors can be anyone who holds a management position in an organization in line with the program. Mentees must be career-minded individuals who aspire to grow and develop and enhance their leadership skills.
Q: What is the application process?
A: Mentees must complete the online application and include it with the application materials.
Application materials include:
- Cover letter
- Letter of recommendation from an Executive Sponsor
- Program fee

NOTE: All application items MUST be submitted in a single package.
Q: When is the application deadline?
The application deadline is 3 months before the start of the Program. The due date is included on the application document. Each Elevate Program will include separate due dates.
Q: What do you look for in an applicant?
We expect that program applicants have definite career plans, demonstrate their ability to establish and attain goals, possess the ability to diligently consider feedback and guidance, and are able to devote the required time for the program.
Q: How can I verify that my application was received?
A: You will be notified by email when your application is received. A one-on-one interview will then be scheduled with you to review your application materials.
Q: Can I contact you to check on the status of my application?
A: We will accept or return any calls and respond to any emails regarding admission decisions as we are able. All applicants will be notified by email of the final admission decision.
Q: When will I know if I was accepted into the program?
A: You will be notified by mail upon your acceptance into the program one month prior to the start of the Program.
Q: What happens after I’m accepted?
A: Upon acceptance into the program, you will be invited to a kick-off event where you will meet other participants in the program, complete the program agreement, receive program binders and connect with your mentor/mentee.
Q: How do I pay the application fee?

Q: Can I give you the components of my application separately?
A: Only complete and on time applications will be reviewed.
Q: How often are candidates reviewed for consideration?(Or, if I didn’t get in the first time, when can I submit another application?)
A: If for some reason you are not accepted for the program, you may apply again next year or for any other programs we launch throughout the year.
Q: If I wasn’t accepted into the program, may I receive feedback as to why?
A: After the current application cycle is over, you may inquire as to feedback regarding our decision. Feedback is provided on a limited basis, and is given with the intention of helping you understand what you would need to do in order to be accepted upon your next application.
