Tracy-Ann PalmerTracy-Ann Palmer has over 20 years experience in international business including operations, sales management, product development and management, marketing and branding, sales training, onsite conference execution, and annual product and financial planning. One of her specialties is building business in new sectors and geographic regions for corporations. Tracy-Ann is currently Senior Alliances Manager for the salesforce.com foundation and is responsible for all partner strategy and management. Prior to this role she was Global Senior Partner Marketing Manager for Salesforce.com, the worldwide leader in on demand customer relationship management (CRM) services. In that role, she assists globally Salesforce.com partners to dramatically increase their revenues, by further meeting the needs of a client base of over 38,000 companies and over 1 million subscribers. In addition, she has been integrally involved with the successful management and execution of DREAMFORCE, Salesforce.com’s annual user/partner conference, which attracts over 25,000 attendees each year. Tracy-Ann founded ARZIKA in 2005, an experiential marketing company and currently is CEO and holds a board position. ARZIKA’s vision is to impact the brand, marketing, customer loyalty and engagement, and importantly the revenue of every client they work with. During this time, Tracy-Ann established two Executive programs, Midwest Technology Leaders and the CFO Executive Forum. In addition, Tracy-Ann Palmer is one of the founders of a non-profit called WeBuildCharacter focused on mentoring, succession planning and leadership.

Michelle PallasMichelle Pallas is founder and Managing Partner of Lighthouse Consulting Partners. Pallas has designed management training programs for both small domestic and large multi-national organizations. She successfully managed large software implementations and IT methodology rollouts in the distribution, manufacturing, banking and retail industries. She is an expert facilitator and instructor. Michelle is a past board member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology and is an enthusiastic contributor to the development of women and girls pursuing careers in technology.

Donna VentimigliaDonna Ventimiglia is an independent business consultant and motivational speaker who excels at coaching and inspiring professionals along their climb to the top of the corporate ladder. As a recent retiree from her position as the Senior Vice President of Products Sales at Compuware Corporation, a global technology company headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, she has the experience and wisdom to guide people successfully to the top echelon of the business world and the formula for winning business in a challenging environment. At Compuware, Donna was the Executive Sponsor the Compuware Women’s Association (CWA), an employee resource group focused on professional and personal development of women. In this role, Donna sponsored the creation of the successful Mentoring Program in CWA and the Survival Empowerment Series, which teamed with other local Detroit business women’s groups hosing events to provide panel discussions of topics relevant to challenges facing women balancing their personal and professional lives. Donna also was an Executive Mentor in the CWA Mentoring Program. She is currently involved in the non-profit organization Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT) as the Chair of the Advisory Board and is a Mentor in the MCWT Mentoring Program.
